Waiting Times Fees
Waiting Time Charges on Scheduled Pickups
Begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on departures.
After 15 minutes, waiting time will be calculated from the scheduled pick-up
time.
Waiting Time Charges on Airport Arrivals
Begin 30 minutes for domestic.
Begin 45 minutes after international arrivals after the last posted arrival
time.
No exemptions regarding this policy.
Flights of one and one half hours or less of airtime cannot be tracked and are subject to wait time fees.
